​​. ​​RESPIRER PAR LE NEZ EN YOGA 👃🏼 ​​. ​​Qui ne s’est jamais senti essoufflé lors de ses premiers cours de Yoga, quand les postures s’enchainent à un rythme soutenu, et n’a jamais eu envie de respirer un grand coup par la bouche pour récupérer l’oxygène qui commence cruellement à manquer? Honnêtement… ​​. ​​Pourtant, tous les professeurs, quelque soit le type de Yoga, vous le diront: en Yoga on respire par le NEZ. Sauf que sans explication, pas facile d’aller au delà du “ Le nez est l’organe de la respiration donc c’est par là qu’on respire” Moyennement convaincant. ​​. ​​Alors voici plusieurs explications et bienfaits de la respiration par le nez (en Yoga et dans la vie de tous les jours): . ​​⚡️Les poils, les cils nasaux et le mucus jouent un rôle important dans notre système immunitaire en étant les premières barrières qui empêchent les bactéries extérieures de pénétrer dans le corps. ​​. ❤️Elle régule le rythme cardiaque (la cohérence cardiaque ça vous dit quelque chose?). ​​. 🌿Elle permet un meilleur apport en oxygène dans tous le corps grâce au passage de l’air dans les canaux très étroits des sinus qui va augmenter la pression dans les poumons. . ​​🌺Elle purifie le sang et irrigue le cerveau. . 🧘🏼‍♀️​​Elle permet de jouer sur l’amplitude du souffle (qui n’est pas possible par la bouche) et ainsi de stimuler le système nerveux parasympathique qui favorise la détente psycho-corporelle. ​​. 🧖🏼‍♀️Elle permet un nettoyage profond (élimination des toxines) et une réénergisation du corps. ​​. 💨Elle augmente notre conscience respiratoire et nous connecte au prana “l’énergie vitale” qui circule dans le corps grâce aux Nadis (canaux) Ida et Pingala qui prennent naissance au niveau des narines et descendent jusqu’au bas de la colonne. ​​. ​​En espérant que cela vous ait un peu éclairé sur le sujet! ​​. ​​Il ne vous reste plus qu’à respirer à plein nez et à plein poumons 🙏🏼 ​​. ​​#yoga #breath #wellness #mind #health #breathe #yogateacher #yogalife

Scelgo di essere felice, scelgo la mia felicità 💙 Cos'è la felicità? Ognuno di noi darebbe probabilmente una risposta diversa o forse non saprebbe come descriverla ✨ Proprio per questo penso che "concederci" (che poi non c'è proprio nulla da concedere essendo un sacro santo diritto) di essere felici, ma prima ancora di ricercare quella che per noi può essere la forma più autentica di felicità, sia la scelta più salutare e amorevole che possiamo fare per noi stessi! E ci tengo a ripeterlo: Scelta! Scegliamo di essere felici, di vedere ciò per cui vale la pena esserlo e di focalizzarci su questi aspetti. Tutti noi abbiamo dei motivi che potrebbero portarci a non essere felici, ma abbiamo la fortuna di essere liberi di scegliere che peso dare agli eventi che ci accadono. Possiamo decidere ad esempio di ignorare il fatto che oggi dopo giorni di grigiume ci sia di nuovo un sole stupendo, oppure possiamo essere felici per questo. Forse anche la felicità è un muscolo che va allenato per poterla vedere e sentire anche nelle più piccole situazioni... Chissà 😊 Io nel dubbio oggi mi ritaglio del tempo per fare ciò che mi rende felice: praticare yoga, leggere qualche pagina di un bel libro, fare due passi al sole e avere a fianco le persone che amo 💙 E tu? Hier.13novembre.1mois après le marathon. En ce moment le temps est pas très sympathique. Hier pas de pluie.....mais les 6 derniers kms face au vent (que c'est chouette 😓) et aujourd'hui 🌧 Selon la science des saisons (Ritucharya), l'automne est fini et nous rentrons dans le début de l'hiver avec une accumulation de VATA. Pour compenser cet excès de vent et de froid, il faut aller vers les opposés: la chaleur et la douceur. Que ce soit dans notre alimentation ou dans notre rythme de vie. De la comfort food 🥘🍛, des activités physiques douces🧘‍♀️🏊‍♂️. Et surtout prendre du temps pour soi, se régénérer et regarder ce qui se passe dans notre maison intérieure.🏡💚 #winteriscoming

Today I attended my usual yoga Thursday’s and the topic was yoga in business and purpose. . . I want to share some of ‘my mission statement’ I wrote today, which derives from my top 10 life values. I was birthed on Earth this time around to hold space for people. To hold space for their awareness, for contemplation, for healing, for transcending. I have created this space by leaving what and who I knew. By trusting my intuition to find the corners of the Earth I must trample through. I am here to share my story and use my gifts to help others heal and step into who they truly are. I want to share in a way that women can relate to. A way that does not celebrate or tribulate me, but allows another to see themselves through story. I believe in the heart. The powerful vessel that beats a purpulse inside every one of us. I care for babies and children born with a vessel anatomically incompatible with life without intervention. I hold space. I want to hold out my arms and let them know it’s okay to feel. I am here for parental anxiety and fear. I am here for trauma to emerge. I am here to help burn out. I am here for the unblocking of emotional leverage. I am here to navigate language and culture and geography to find our version of home. I am here to make home in people not in places or material. I am here to level up. My life will never look like my family’s lives have this time around. I was not placed on this Earth to stay in one place. I am here to accept this truth in all its heart ache and joy, and embrace who I am. To love and to use it for the greater good. To stay in one place would be an injustice to my purpose. I cannot walk this path standing still.

Throw back to climbing El Juanar ⛰️ on the @juicehideaway this October. ✌️ I love the mountains especially when they meet the sea 😍 Today I'm collecting my van to start a loooong mission to some more mountains but this time slightly taller and covered in snow, with no sea in sight.
