Overnight oats are a quick, easy and healthy breakfast meal prep option for people with busy schedules! I love overnight oats for their versatility. You can add a variety of yummy mix-ins to change up the flavors through out the week. Fun fact: Chia seeds absorbs 17x it’s weight in liquids! Feel free to add more milk to reach your desired texture. Experiment with your favorite flavors, you might just find a new go-to breakfast !
* 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
* 1/2 cup (almond)milk * 1/3 cup dried cranberries
* 1 Tbs. maple syrup
* 1 tsp. chia seeds * 2 Tbs. nut butter
Combine oats, almond milk, cranberries, maple syrup, and chia seeds in a bowl. Stir in nut butter. Cover, and refrigerate 6 hours, or overnight. Serve as is, or top with yogurt and banana
