La receta es autoría de @nutriloca ♥️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 📝ɪɴɢʀᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴛᴇs: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🖤1 taza de porotos negros cocidos. 🍫1/2 taza de cacao amargo en polvo. 🥄1/3 taza de azúcar integral. 🍌1 banana chica madura. 💧Cantidad necesaria de agua. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ᴘʀᴇᴘᴀʀᴀᴄɪóɴ: •Dejá en remojo los porotos por 12 hs, colá el agua y cociná aproximadamente 45 minutos. •Mixeá o procesá todos los ingredientes (fijate si necesitas más o menos agua). •Disponé con una cuchara en una placa para horno previamente aceitada. •Llevá a horno precalentado por 10 min de cada lado aproximadamente a 180 grados. Listo!!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Estas galletitas son un descubrimiento hermoso 🙏🏼, primero porque estamos comiendo algo riquísimo sin necesidad de meterle al cuerpo aditivos, colorantes, saborizantes ☠️, segundo porque al tener fibra nos dan saciedad comiéndote sólo algunas sin necesidad de bajarnos el paquete entero como pasa con las compradas, tercero es una idea 💡 ESPECTACULAR para incorporar legumbres (sobre todo para los más peques) sin que se sienta su sabor, cuarto es apta #celiacos e intolerantes al gluten (siempre chequeando que los demás ingredientes sean aptos) ✔️. ~lunch~ HOLY COW YOU GUYS THIS IS THE BEST RECIPE IVE EVER MADE. Every catholic school kid remembers fish treasures, served in the cafeteria every Friday during Lent. These bad boys? They taste just like em. I call them chickpea treasures. This recipe serves two. Or one, if you’re me. 😉 . 1 cup chickpeas 1/2 cup cooked quinoa 1/4 tsp everything bagel seasoning Cumin Paprika Italian seasoning 2 tbsp cashew milk . Squish all the ingredients together with a fork. Mash it, mush it, but DONT BLEND IT. We want chunks of chickpea still whole. Mould into shapes and then bake for 30 minutes. I’m so excited to share this recipe, coz Tawa Pulao is one my absolute favorite dishes. Living in Mumbai almost guaranteed me great Tawa Pulao every week. But wasn’t the case once I moved out. So had no choice but to try n try n perfect the recipe to my taste, and boy it did pay off. It’s a fairly simple recipe, but it’s the Pao Bhaji masala that adds the magic touch. If you don’t have it, use a mix of Garam masala n chole masala etc, but it won’t be called Tawa Pulao anymore. Serve it hot with onion raita. I’m posting a recipe for that too. “Exotic” curry with chickpeas and green beans. +- 30 mins Ingredients: The pantry ones: - 4 garlic cloves, crushed then chopped - 1 onion, thinly chopped - 1 red chili (scotch bonnet for extra spicy) - 1 tin of chickpeas - 1 tbsp of chopped ginger - 1 tbsp tomato paste - 1 tbsp dried oregano - 1 tsp coriander seeds - 1 tbsp dried thyme - 1 tea spoon of smoked paprika - 3-4 tsp curry powder - 1 glass of water - 1 tin of coconut milk - 1 big sweet potato, thinly sliced (like small thin chips) - 1/2 tsp of fish sauce (for the flexitarians) The fresh ones: - juice of 1/2 lemon - 1 handful of green beans, chopped in 2 (sub with frozen if at hand) - 1 bag of asparagus, chopped in 3 Serve with rice, noodles or quinoa. 1. On medium heat, Put the oil in a pan, when hot, cook onions garlic ginger and chili for around 1-2 min. Add all the spices, pinch of salt and herbs and fry all together for 3-5 minutes or until golden (don’t let it burn) If needed, add 1-2 tbsp of water to deglaze. 2. Add the sweet potato to the pan, cook for about 3 minutes or until less raw. Then add the green beans and asparagus. (If using frozen, add later). Cook the mix for a few minutes. 3. When the Vegs start to tender, add a glass of water, the coconut milk, a table spoon of tomato paste and the lemon juice. (Now add the fish sauce if flexetarian). Put the heat up and let it simmer until it thickens and until vegs are cooked. Tips: if it doesn’t thicken, mix a tbsp of flour or cornstarch for 2 tbsp of water in a bowl, mix together and add to the pan. Homemade Beet Burgers today with veg from a farm shop 🤩 ~~ I usually use a handful of fresh basil but improvised with the dried herbs and it worked well. If you can eat onion then I'd add one or if you have any vegan feta or tofu then that works well chopped up and added for some protein/diff flavour. ~~ 2 large beets, coarsely grated (about 3 cups) 2 flax eggs (2 tbsp ground flaxseed to 5 tbsp water left to soak for 15 mins makes 2 "eggs"), Dried Thyme (about 2tsp), Dried Oregano (about 1.5tsp), Plenty of garlic oil (maybe 2-3 tsp?), Plenty of salt, Black pepper, 1.5 cups of rolled oats. ~~ Filling: Hummus, Lettuce. Butter beans balsamic hummus Ingredients: The pantry ones: - 1 x butter beans tin (or chickpeas) - 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed - 1 table spoon of olive oil - 1 table spoon of balsamic vinegar - 1 table spoon of soy sauce (or just salt) - 1 tea spoon of ground cumin - 1 tea spoon of smoked paprika - 3 table spoon of tahini - 2 spoon of water or more The fresh ones: - juice of 1/2 lemon 1. Put it all in a bowl (if using a blender) or food processor and blend until it’s creamy and well mixed. Tips: if too thick, add more water and if too thin add more tahini. Pour ce mois d'avril j'avais d'abord pensé à faire une publication en rapport avec les 1 avril et les poissons 🐟 mais finalement vu l'ampleur de la pandémie je me suis dit qu'il fallait que je fasse un poste exprès. On ne le répétera jamais assez #restezchezvous . Je reste chez moi pour moi pour me protéger de ce foutu virus, je reste chez moi pour ma famille, mes parents, mes grands parents pour les protéger eux aussi. Je reste chez moi pour mes amis pour ne pas leur transmettre le virus si je suis porteuse saine sans simptome. Je reste chez moi pour toutes les personnes qui travaillent et pour l'équipe médicale en priorité pour leur faciliter la tâche et ne pas leur rajouter du travail. J'applaudis tous les soirs à 20h pour les soutenir. Je reste chez moi même si ce n'est pas facile tous les jours surtout avec mon hyper activité. Je fais du sport avec @teamtrainsweateat et je passe beaucoup de temps dans ma cuisine ou devant mon ordi pour monter des vidéos. Profitez de ce confinement forcé pour faire les choses que vous n'avez jamais le temps de faire ou tout simplement pour vous reposer ou prendre du temps pour vous. Hara bhara kebab recipe INGREDIENTS:- 1) 1 cup peas 2)handful of fenugreek leaves 3)1 green capsicum 4)handful of coriander leaves & mint leaves 5) mashed potatoes 6)salt to taste 7)jeera/cumin seeds(1tsp) 8) ginger(1 inch/grated) 9)water(as needed) 10)spinach leaves (400g/20-25 leaves) 11)oil 12)green chillies (opt) Recipe 1) wash all vegetables thoroughly 2) put fenugreek(methi), coriander(dhaniya), and mint(pudina) leaves in water in a bowl(katori) and wash thoroughly with fingers and let it rest for 10-15 mins 3) chop capsicum into cubes & boil the spinach leaves for 10 minutes and wash under running water til water comes clean, keep aside 4) in a pan heart 1.5 tbsp oil and add jeera/cumin seeds,when it starts to sizzle, add ginger and green chillies, saute for 1-2 mins and add capsicum 5) sauté for another 1-2 mins and add peas, spinach, mint(pudina) and coriander(dhaniya) leaves,cook for 4-5 mins and add 1/2tsp turmeric(haldi) powder and salt(a little less than reqd for optimum taste) 6) take it off the flame, cool it down and blend it to a smooth paste. Add water spoon by spoon if needed but do not add much as it may burst open while frying. It will take some time to form a smooth paste 7) wash, boil, peel and mash or grate potatoes and add paste to it 8)add 2tbspn corn starch and 3 tbsp gram flour(besan) to it and make a nice dough to which you can give your favourite shape(you can even add bread crumbs). Now check the taste and add spices according to desired level of salt and pepper 9) to make bread crumbs, take 2-3 slices of bread and blend it to a course powder/as an alternative to bread you can use rusk 10) now take the dough and give it your favourite shape(round or flat) Now there are 2ways to cook it First is deep frying 1) coat with bread crumbs 2)on high heat, you can now deep fry, shallow fry, pran fry and serve Second way is bake or air fry 1) brush oil on each side of each kebab and pre heat aur fryer/over at 180℃ and bake/air fry for 15-20 mind and at 200℃for 5 mins for crispiness, tossing twice after 10 mind each and serve with green chutney

Lasagne recipe INGREDIENTS 1. Italian red Sauce 2. White sauce 3. Mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese 4. Veggies(onions, tomatoes, beans, black olives, boiled corn kernels) 5. Bread slices Recipe 1. Cut all the edges of bread slices and flatten it using a rolling pin(make bread as thin as possible) 2. Saute the veggies and season with salt and black pepper 3. Grease baking tray with olive oil 4. Spread red Sauce 5.arrange slices of flatten bread over it,spread white sauce,then red Sauce,then sprinkle cheese and veggies and your layer 1 is ready 6.similarly prepare layer 2 and layer 3(be careful with amount of cheese you pour as it can get overly cheesy with white sauce) 7. Cover with foil paper and bake at 210°c for 20 mins and afterwords with without foil at 270℃for 10-15 mins till cheese is absorbed abit 8. Cut into pieces and serve
