You gotta go through those uncomfortable stages to get better and grow.
This is my first proper “bulk” and yes I feel big and strong but there’s always that mental factor when you look down at your stomach and abs aren’t there.... For me being fat most of my life then finally getting “shredded”, bulking is always more of a HATE to me but it’s also a big MUST/NEED. Just some few key points to remember...
1. You’re creating more muscle and a better/stronger foundation for yourself.
2. With hard work, commitment and consistency you can get lean again.
3. You get to eat donuts and grow your shoulders an extra 17 inches😂————————————————————-
We Just have to stick it through, enjoy the extra calories whist we can and then get back into that calorie deficit in a month or so to get back into shape for summer. Physically a bulk is easy but Mentally it’s tough as shit 😂
