If you are reducing, eliminating or just fresh out of (Parmesan) cheese. This dairy-free ‘Parmesan’ is good enough to eat with a spoon......no you! The simplicity of 4 ingredients and a blender and boom, you have a cheesy, salty topping to any dish. I used it in risotto and nobody even noticed. 🤫 I have seen some store-bought options of this but ya know I like to make my own. ✌🏻 I feel like a pantry full of a variety of nuts and seeds and of course nutritional yeast and you can make a whole slew of things. Nutritional yeast (nooch) is available almost everywhere now. Props to all the vegan bloggers who created this and @minimalistbaker for this version. In the fridge it goes until tomorrow most likely 🤤. My hubby goes to nice Italian shops in TO regularly so we often have a great quality freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese but there has been times we have been out and if you are following along with my blogs our family is mostly intolerant to dairy. 🐂🥛❌ Let’s go 📍Take 3/4 cup raw cashew(sunflower seeds apparent alternative) 3 tbsp nutritional yeast (I said 2 in the video, it’s 3!) 3/4 sea salt, 1/4 garlic powder. Take a spaghetti squash, cut in halves, drizzle some olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper, place the squash in a baking sheet and roast it for 35/40 mn at 400 F in the oven, cut side down. Meanwhile, put 1 onion, 2 carottes, 1 celery stalk cut in pieces, 2 garlic cloves and 2 tbsp of olive oil in the Thermomix bowl. Set up 5 s/speed 5. Then set up 7 min/varoma/stir position. Then add tomato sauce (about 16oz), salt and pepper and some oregano. Cook it for 5 mn/varoma/stir position. The sauce is ready. When the squash is cooked, scratch it with a fork and place the pulp in a serving bowl, mix it with the tomato sauce. And voilà, a way to make your kids eat veggies! Here, everybody liked it😊. . Prendre une courge spaghetti, la couper en 2, enlever les graines. Arroser d’un filet d’huile d’olive, saler et poivrer, la placer dans un plat et enfourner dans un four préchauffé à 200 degrés pendant 35/40 min. Pendant ce temps, mettre 1 oignon, 2 carottes, une branche de celery coupés en morceaux, ajouter 2 gousses d’ail, 2 cas d’huile d’olive dans le bol du Thermomix. Programmer 5s/vitesse 5. Ensuite, programmer 7 mn/varoma/fonction cuillère. Ensuite ajouter de la sauce tomate (environ 200 à 250g), du sel, du poivre, un peu d’origan. Programmer 5mn/varoma/fonction cuillère. La sauce est prête. Une fois la courge cuite, la gratter avec une fourchette pour récupérer la chair, la mettre ds un plat de service et mixer avec la sauce tomate. HEALTHIER AIR FRIED CHICK-FILA CHICKEN SANDWICH. I was genuinely shocked at how many people reached out about this recipe. It’s super simple and super delicious. Two things that I love very much. ⁣ •⁣ For 1 sandwich:⁣ 70 g Chicken breast tenderloins or cutlets⁣ 2 Pickles⁣ (@grillospickles are a fav) 1/2 c Pickle juice ⁣ 1 tbsp Chili blend (I use @traderjoes chili seasoning) ⁣ 1 tbsp Mayo (I use @primalkitchenfoods Garlic aioli Mayo)⁣ 1/2 oz Gluten free bread crumbs (I use @aleiasgf )⁣ Avocado oil spray ⁣ Sliced bread (I use @traderjoes gluten free bread) ⁣ •⁣ Marinate/brine your chicken in a ziplock bag of pickle juice for at least 30 minutes. On a plate, mix your breadcrumbs, chili blend seasoning, salt, and pepper. After 30 minutes of brining, coat the chicken on both sides with the mixture and place in air frying basket. Spray the top with avocado oil spray- spray is way easier to coat evenly without soaking it in oil. Air fry (I love my @cuisinart ) at 375 for about 10 minutes (until the coating looks nice and crispy.) Flip and spray with avocado oil spray again. Cook for another 5-10 minutes. When that side looks nice and crispy, you’re done! Place in between two slices of bread, add your mayo (this one i use is beyond perfect for this and I highly recommend ) and pickles on top! Enjoy 🤤⁣ •⁣ Macros for 1:⁣ 18p/35c/4f⁣

✨Wild Salmon brushed with Avocado Oil, Dried Dill, Dried Basil, Lemon. Baked in the Air Fryer. Right before I took it out I brushed some G Hughes Sugar Free Teriyaki Sauce. . Cooked up some Broccoli Fritters (recipe on January 8th or 9th post). Threw some chopped purple cabbage in the warm pan, after I removed the fritters and added a splash of the Teri Sauce. . Put some Baby Greens on the plate. Chopped up some Avo and sprinkled some Trader Joe’s EBTBS and drizzled some Spicy Mayo. A wedge of Lime for some acidity. . That’s what you call dinner and using up some random things in my fridge. Happy Friday and I hope you’re eating well my friends 💙

You ever have a day where you can’t stop thinking about tacos? 🙋🏾‍♀️ That was me today. So I whipped up this Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Taco Bowl. The kids said it was delicious, so if it passed that test, I figured it’s worthy enough to share 😆 . . . CILANTRO LIME CAULIFLOWER TACO BOWL 🌮🍠🥑🍅 2 bags organic cauliflower rice (TJ) 1/2 bunch chopped cilantro 1/2 lime Pinch of sea salt 1 lb fat free ground turkey (or plant based grounds) @sietefoods mild taco seasoning 1/2 of an onion diced 2 minced cloves garlic 1 whole sweet potato diced Sliced avocado Diced tomatoes Sliced tri colored bell peppers Dollop of greek yogurt (optional) . . Combine cooked cauliflower rice, cilantro, squeezed lime juice and sea salt. Sauté onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Add ground turkey and cook until well done. Add taco seasoning and combine. I air fried my sweet potatoes, but you can also roast. On the bottom of a bowl, fill with the cauliflower rice mixture. Top to your liking with the ground turkey/veggie mixture, sweet potatoes, diced tomatoes and sliced avocado. Top with a dollop of greek yogurt and use @sietefoods grain free tortilla dip chips to scoop your bowl with. Dig in 😋I added black beans to my husband and kid’s bowls. I also used @lightlife plant based grounds instead of ground turkey (and omitted the greek yogurt), to make them vegan for the kiddos. The easiest trick I’ve learned to cook squash💥👉🏼 using a knife, pierce the skin of 2 medium acorn squashes a few times, once all the way through to the “seedy” middle part to allow steam to escape (don’t want it to explode!). Microwave for 18-20 minutes or until knife easily goes through, rotating each of them halfway through. If you want just one squash it might only take 10 minutes. Use oven mitts to take them out and let stand for a bit. Cut in half & scoop out the seeds! I love to use the squash as a bowl for whatever else I’m cooking... chili, pasta sauce, as a burrito bowl, or fill with quinoa and kale salad like this one!
