Интересная тема, так как в нашем бытовом мышлении происходит путаница между осознанностью и позитивной психологией. Позитивное мышление — это концепция, основанная на положительных, вдохновляющих образах и мыслях, которые в итоге обеспечивают человеку оптимистическое настроение . Иногда помыслить этими категориями полезно, но пребывать постоянно в таком настрое опасно, так как эффективное взаимодействие с миром предполагает критическое отношение к сложившейся ситуации. Поэтому, осознанность – это не то, что я сказал себе, что все хорошо, и не замечаю, что у меня куча проблем, которые надо решать. Осознанность – это навык, позволяющий мне: 1. Оценивать собственные возможности и ограничения в актуальный момент; 2. Знание собственных ресурсов и потребностей; особенностей темперамента и характера; 3. Понимание, что мне помогает справляться с трудными ситуациями, а что мешает; 4. Умение опознавать, что я чувствую, и умение управлять своим поведением в соответствие с эмоциональным состоянием; 5. Осознание собственного энергетического потенциала: на что я трачу силы, почему я трачу их именно на это, на что у меня хватает энергии, а от чего я готов отказаться, чтоб не загонять себя. Вот эти навыки дают нам осознанность, а просто настрой «все будет хорошо» нет.

Strength is an understated characteristic; it doesn’t always look how we expect. . • Today I had a conversation with a colleague about the commonly used comfort/advice, “Be strong.” It is said with good intentions but implies that our current state or symptom occurrence means weakness; this is not true. . • Having symptoms does not define us or our strength. In fact, strength is evidenced all the more by going through each day with symptoms. You are so strong and you’ve got this. . • When we question our strength it is important to reach out to those who have earned a right to hear our story and are able to speak words of acceptance and support. @recovering.overthinker "Whatever is rejected from the Self, appears in the world as an Event." - Carl Jung . . Is there a part of yourself that you knowingly avoid and reject? If there is, why do you do it? . . The more we run away from ourselves, the more lessons life has to send us in order to reconnect us with our true and whole self. And life is a harsh teacher, so it sends us those lessons in the form of obstacles, suffering, anxiety and depression. So be careful with how far do you think you can run away from yourself. When I got my life in order few years ago, I started rejecting my dark side, or as Jung would call it, the shadow. I’ve seen the worst come out of me and I just didn’t want to experience that again. So I started acting like that was a different person and it has nothing to do with the “new me”. But I made a mistake. I did change for the better, but I was the same person. That dark side was still in me, it was just suppressed. But as the time went on, my dark side found ways to appear again despite my efforts to reject it. Life, the harsh teacher it is, sent me a few hard lessons. So I’m starting to accept and integrate my dark side into my personality, we must coexist. Maybe some of you have the opposite case. Maybe you are rejecting your talents and your greatness. Why? Because it comes with hardship and responsibilities. If you keep running away from any part of yourself that you feel like you would be better off without, just top. You will get tired of running away and the life lessons will be much harder than they need to be. Dive deep into yourself and recognize everything for what it is. Accept your darkness, greatness, weakness and strength. It takes time and it is hard. Money problems, at their root, are mindset problems. 💯 The greatest money block we face is the lack of awareness between the mind/body/spirit connection to our bank accounts, something most of us have never been taught. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Instead, we lack consciousness and have so many limiting beliefs, which we have unknowingly accepted as our truth, even though they prevent you from tapping into what you want and deserve. As a result of these beliefs, we tighten ourselves up emotionally and physically, drastically constricting the possibility that the money we so eagerly want and need can flow to us.⁣ ⁣ Once you begin to shift your mindset, however, your entire experience with money begins to change. Rather than holding in energy and clinging to old, wealth-constricting patterns, you begin to experience the flow through your breath, body, and bank account as fluid and organic, letting go of old misperceptions around limitation and scarcity.
