#transformationtuesday 🌱 Both healthy & happy, but when I started adding weight and up my calorie intake this is what happened. This was not overnight, but years of consistent mindset, living a healthy active lifestyle and eating nutritiously. I’m not perfect, I did have cheat days, and that’s ok. It made me happy. I love food 🥘 but I also love that feeling when your tummy is tight and booty right 😆 So I had to balance things.
Wonder how I balance my lifestyle? Simple. By having a healthy shake EVERYDAY. Whether it’s for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Keeping up with cellular nutrition has some amazing benefits. You don’t over eat. You have more energy. And it tastes amazing! That last bit was super important to me because of my obsession for all things delicious 😋
