Very late post today. My brother came over for a visit for around an hour then as he left his chain come of his motorbike so he pushed it back to my house and i spent almost another hour fixing that. So panic exposure twice. I am only just getting food as i have been dealing with that and just went on my exposure. I went to the burnt building bit for 5 mins then came back to the nature path and had 6 dog walkers walk past trying to talk to me and i just said hello to a few and ignore the others due to being mid panic attack. I then went to the wood path and slow walked that area and long way home. #transformationtuesday 🌱 Both healthy & happy, but when I started adding weight and up my calorie intake this is what happened. This was not overnight, but years of consistent mindset, living a healthy active lifestyle and eating nutritiously. I’m not perfect, I did have cheat days, and that’s ok. It made me happy. I love food 🥘 but I also love that feeling when your tummy is tight and booty right 😆 So I had to balance things. ⁣ .⁣ Wonder how I balance my lifestyle? Simple. By having a healthy shake EVERYDAY. Understand how to add muscle to a frame without adding excessive fat. Although I look smaller in the left picture (wearing blue) my body fat percentage was higher then, than it is now. Building lean mass means adding muscle over time with good nutrition and training. Today I start the @kelseywells Post Pregnancy workout! Prior to being pregnant, I did the @sweat app featuring @PWR and cannot wait to get back into it! Being 4 weeks post-pregnancy I decided to start slow and build myself back up to running and lifting weights in the gym again once I am cleared by my doctor. Crazy no matter how long you’ve worked out for prior it really does take baby steps to get back into it. Be patient with yourself!
