What do you focus on when you’re trying to accomplish something?
Whether it’s a career related goal, fitness, hobbies, or personal, do you solely focus on the end game, on the result? Does your mind shift to see what you’re doing wrong? Sometimes, to a point that is almost obsessive that causes pain and stress? 🤯 ~
- Your children will follow 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗, make sure you’re celebrating 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀, even if it’s a little amount, that you are focusing on the 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 and viewing setbacks or mistakes as an opportunity for 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 and 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, instead of it becoming a negative experience, since it will take a toll on your health and probably make you want to give up!
Setbacks are a part of life, and we have to make mistakes to know which areas we need to improve and reach our goal with a complete level of experience! 🧠⚡️

Basically, teach your kids to celebrate their hard work! To do a 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 and root for themselves as well, their 𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘳 𝘷𝘰𝘪𝘤𝘦 is developing! 💭
