Wellness Routine: Do you have a wellness routine, or do you have an un-wellness routine?
Meditation is the most powerful wellness tool there is, it’s the ultimate “how” tool. It’s up to you to create the “why.” That is different for everyone, but I think there are broad similarities. Wellbeing, contentment, health, happiness, love, & comfort: I think people crave these things in their life with few exceptions.
If you feel like you don’t have the wellness, mindfulness, serenity, or health that you crave, try learning to meditate and practice often. I suggest meditating twice a day, early in the morning, as soon as you wake up, and before bed.
My biggest advice is to schedule time once a week at least for Spiritual Renewal.
Have a wellness Routine because that will make all of the habits and routines that you are struggling with easy and automatic over time. The mind loves repetition, and it takes 63 repetitions to wear a neural groove into the fabric of the mind. Keep that in mind, if new and better habits don’t come easily at first. This initial resistance will only last about 2 months and over time, your new habits will literally heal and rewire your brain.
In today’s video it’s time to get the most out of this incredible afternoon in the Mojave Desert Mountains. This particular canyon in the Mojave Desert was once heavily populated with native, indigenous people. Over the years I have found petroglyphs and millstones amongst the boulder formations. Each time I come here, I feel a more profound sense of the original inhabitants than anywhere else in the Mojave.
