Przepis na 7 muffinek: 🥚 1 duże jajko 🧀 100 gram twarogu chudego 🧀 150 gram ricotty 🥬 200 gram mrożonego szpinaku 🌶 cebula i przyprawy (głównie pieprz i czosnek) Podsmażyć na patelni szpinak z cebulą i przyprawami. @Regrann from @taylor_skb - Almost two years ago I began my career as a kickboxing trainer. I would have never thought that I would be where I am today. I needed a job and wanted to be involved in something that was upbeat, fun, and rewarding but would also help me later as I work towards becoming a physical therapist. - - Muy buenos días a todos ☀️ ! - - Se preguntarán qué tengo en la foto ? 🤔Si ... es una receta especial que arme para vos 😃 Esta elección de Arroz con Leche Fit, te va a servir realmente para suplantar una comida - Este tipo de desayuno o merienda la suelo usar para mi preparación de competición para las últimas semanas! Estas cantidades son para mi🤭 Si queres saber para vos, súmate a mi Programa Personalizado Cuerpo 10 🦾🍏💯 - Ingredientes 👨‍🍳 - 60 gr en cocido Arroz gallo 🐓 (caja amarilla) 1 chorrito Leche de almendras 🥛 Stevia a gusto Canela A Tope 😂 6 Claras 🥚 1 yema 🍳 - Preparación: - Hervir arroz gallo hasta llevqrlo a punto. Por otro lado en una procesadora, batir las claras junto a la yema y colocar bastante canela (es el toque Fit) y stevia a gusto . Agregar el arroz y procesar un 3 veces suave nada más . - Después tienes que llevarlo a una olla pequeña antiadherente (para que no se pegue) por 3 minutos de cocción ⏰, dónde vas a dejar que se caliente para poder revolver con una espátula de madera o plástico x 6 meses, es decir revolves 30 segundos y paras 10 segundos. Al finalizar este proceso tenes que apagar la ornalla y dejarlo 5 minutos semi tapado arriba de la misma!!⏰ Te va a quedar una pasta de color marrón por la canela !!🍛 - Ahora vas a llevar el arroz con leche fit a un tupper grande donde puedas esparcir la mezcla ( debe quedar una fina capa ) - Cómo último y más importante cuando tengas todo en el tupper, le vas a colocar canela a gusto por encima para que cuando se seque quedé una capa crujiente 💯💪 - Dejalo secar al sol 🌞 y sino hay sol a temperatura ambiente en tu casa 🏡, para que el arroz pueda tostarse 😃 !
