Another Back to Back Double Feature Another Challenge Flow from @twisted_steel_cheat_meal completed with a new bonus flow from the past (2 weeks ago). Could of finished this flow a week ago but it's been raining all last week & it's raining all this week too (in my area). At least I found a brief period to film before the rain continues. Mas também nessa época dá uma maior vontade de comer, por isso é importante manter uma alimentação equilibrada! Não deixe o sedentarismo te vencer e faça exercícios em casa! Porém se você preferir fazer ao ar livre tome cuidado! Nessa época do ano devido ao tempo frio você pega um ser tipo de “asma passageira”, por isso vai aí umas dicas para quem vai fazer exercícios ao ar livre: 1- evite horários em que o tempo está mais frio, por exemplo muito cedinho de manhã ou à noite 2- use uma proteção no rosto para evitar que o ar frio entre direto por suas vias respiratórias 3- tenha sempre um profissional de educação física para orientá-lo Não deixe o frio te vencer! Key word is sturdy. Otherwise, the chairs will not be able to support you like the ones I have at home 😢. But, if you do have chairs that can support you, give these a shot. Have you ever experienced fatigue worsened by exercise?⁣⁠ ⁣⁠ One of my patients: A 45-year-old busy mom of two lived a stressful life. She visited me for fatigue that was worsened by exercise. She loved exercise because it helped her with stress reduction. ⁣⁠ ⁣⁠ She also noticed she had irregular sleep patterns for several months. Her current workouts consisted of long-runs about 45 to 60 minutes. I suggested that she wear a heart rate monitor (Myzone Heart Rate) so we could track her heart rate. ⁣⁠ ⁣⁠ Her heart rate was landing at a sustained exertion for the majority of her run and therefore depleting her energy. ⁣⁠ ⁣⁠ I introduced cyclic exercise to her and suggested she do this 2-3x per week. She responded so well! She felt stronger and experienced better sleep patterns. ⁣⁠ ⁣⁠ Her energy levels jumped from a 5/10 to 9/10!

BACK 💪🏽 ⁣ ⁣ SUPER tired and groggy today so just did these 5 back exercises as a circuit. 20-30 reps and 4 rounds. ⁣ ⁣ Going to spend the rest of my day resting and fuelling the bod for tomorrow’s leg session. It’s that time of month so I’m thinking loads of happy comfort carbs for dinner!! ⁣ ⁣ Hope everyone’s still smashing their lockdown exercises and keeping happy. Remember, even a small workout is better than nothing at all 💪🏽☺️⁣
