Es preciso concentrarse en la postura y respiración .⚜️Dentro de su practica hay 2 reglas de oro: . .☝🏻𝘿𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙧 𝙣𝙤, 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖 𝙨𝙞 .La primera regla, y la más importante, es que durante el estiramiento 𝙉𝙤 𝙙𝙚𝙗𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙧 𝙙𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙧, solamente notar resistencia. "El dolor es un mecanismo de aviso de nuestro sistema nervioso para comunicarnos que se puede producir una lesión, y es precisamente lo que estamos tratando de evitar a través del estiramiento" . .✌🏻 𝙈𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙨 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙙𝙤𝙨 𝙮 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙙𝙤𝙨 .La segunda regla es que los estiramientos deben ser mantenidos en el tiempo durante aproximadamente 20 o 30 segundos. TEX MEX TURKEY STUFFED POBLANOS Ingredients 2 large poblano peppers (or bell peppers) cut in half lengthwise and seeds removed 4 tsp fresh garlic and oil of your choice 2 pounds ground turkey, 98% lean 1 T of garlic, onion, cilantro, cumin and black pepper 1 C reduced fat extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded - divided 8 T sour cream fresh cilantro and/or sliced jalapenos for garnish INSTRUCTIONS Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a casserole dish large enough to hold the pepper halves with nonstick cooking spray and place the peppers, cut side up into the dish. Bake for 15 minutes. While peppers are cooking, add the Roasted Garlic Oil to a large skillet and heat over medium high heat. Add turkey to the pan and sprinkle with the seasoning. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until turkey is browned. Remove meat from the heat and stir in 1/2 C of the cheddar cheese. Remove the peppers from the oven and place equal portions of the meat into the pepper halves. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake until poblanos are tender and cheese is melted, about 5-7 additional minutes. Drizzle 2 T of sour cream over each pepper and sprinkle with cilantro and/or jalapenos if desired. You may use different cheeses here as well. For example, 1/2 C cheddar in the turkey and 1/2 C mexican white cheese (like queso fresco) can be used instead. Serving Size is 7 ounces of turkey and 1/2 pepper. Proteínas veganas geralmente tem MENOS leucina (6-8%) do que as de origem animal e, como apontam diversos estudos, a leucina é o PRINCIPAL aminoácido responsável pelo ganho de massa muscular. Sendo assim, para atingir a mesma quantidade de leucina nas proteínas veganas, quando em comparação com o whey protein, estás teriam de ser consumidas em maiores dosagens (50-60g). . Além disso, o presente estudo apontou que a disponibilidade de aminoácidos séricos NÃO foi bioequivalente entre as formulações, com uma porcentagem de 30–40% a menos de aminoácidos na corrente sanguínea, pós 4 horas da ingestão, das proteínas veganas. . Os autores chegaram a esta conclusão a partir da administração, pelos participantes, de doses de 33–34 g de proteína vegana versus 24 g de whey protein (com o intuito de equalizar os níveis de leucina a 2.6 g). Eles , em jejum, recebiam estás doses e amostras de sangue eram coletadas em 1/4, 1/2, 1, 2, 3 e 4 horas após a administração. Depois de um período de 14 dias , o experimento foi repetido mas com outra formulação, e assim por diante. Ao final, foram testadas 4 proteínas diferentes, a do controle era um whey protein da Optimum Nutrition , as demais eram proteínas de semente de abóbora, ervilha, coco e de semente de girassol das marcas PurisPea e Austrade . Fridays are a great day for me, 7 totally different clients all with different goals, injecting life back into their fitness challenges! 2 amazing classes with HIIT2FIT finishing its last session of the block so now it goes pay as you go, then onto our weight loss group smashing their way through a boxing class! Also I’ve got circuits in the morning where I get to enjoy pushing boundaries with kettlebells, dumbbells and much more at 6am! I fucking love my so called job! The body is always occupied with one of four main activities: digestion, assimilation, elimination, and healing. Digestion and assimilation take precedence though.
