Here's some more hex-bar deadlifts. Did 401 lbs. for 2 reps, 351 lbs. for 8 reps, 316 lbs. for 13 reps, and 266 lbs. for 16 reps. Any time I lift 400 or more lbs. it feels like a badge of honor. Trying to work my way back to my old one rep max of 435 lbs. and then surpass it. Leg day! I’m currently hitting legs about 3 times per week. 1 day with high volume, 2 days with lower (each day with an emphasis on hamstrings, quads, or calves. . Preeeettttty jazzed about all these goodies. I don’t usually use preworkout but @laurengleisberg raved about this one and I was already planning to order more collagen peptides sooo here we are! Yesterday’s workout had me feeling some sort of way — feels so good to be lifting heavy again and really getting after it when I’m at the gym. I go during my lunch break most days, which leaves me only about 40 minutes for my workout, since I have to count the time it takes me to drive there and shower. Occasionally I go after work, but for the most part, I get it done during the day. It’s a perfect pick-me-up in the middle of my day and totally increases my productivity when I get back to the office. It’s always sad when the 40 minutes is up, but I always feel so good after. Point being: you don’t need to spend HOURS at the gym. Hell, you don’t even need to spend a full hour. If you’re programming right and getting you heart rate up, you’re still getting your medicine. No workout is too short — it’s much better than no workout at all! What’s important is getting out there and getting it done, especially if you’re just beginning your journey.

Arimidex Profile — ⬇ Arimidex Profile — Arimidex (Anastrozole): Arimidex was released in the 90s and holds its place as the strongest AI on the market. It is a Non-Steroidal Aromatase Inhibitor. Unlike Exemestane, Anastrozole has no Androgenic impacts. It is a Heme AI, which simply means it alters conversion and production as well as binding of Estrogen. Never ever EVER take Arimidex daily or regularly. This is not just going to impact your E2 levels, but Anastrozole will also impact your Bone Density. Redundantly in several clinical trials Arimidex was shown to reduce Bone Density when taken regularly. Since it impedes Estrogen production and binding regular use can cause your body to lose the ability to self regulate. Arimidex also bumps your Triglycerides up tremendously, Which is unlike Exemestane. Contrary to Arimidex, Exemestane (Aromasin) has also been shown to increase Luteinizing Hormone production as well as FHS. Arimidex has no such positive side affects. However Arimidex will deal with Intracellular Water Build-up, Libido Crash, and Moodiness as well as Sensitive Nipples. This is a feat left unboasted by any other AI in existence. Because while things like Tamoxifen will bring down the intracellular water, it will not control production and conversion. This means long term buildups can lead to wild rebounds. Hence why taking Arimidex on a hard cycle is strongly recommended. Arimidex has a 12 hour active half-life and a 24 hour terminal half-life. Making my health and fitness a priority has been one of the best decisions of my life. Lowkey the reason I started working out is b ed cause I failed an Army Physical Fitness Test ( APFT). I failed the pushups, who fails the pushups?! I needed to get 42 in 2 minutes and I only got 39. I was embarrassed, I had no upper body strength, so I needed to make a change. Hitting the gym & pushups everyday and in 6 months I maxed my next APFT. ¿QUE FUNCIONA MEJOR? ¿UN RANGO COMPLETO DE MOVIMIENTO O UNO PARCIAL? Un estudio utilizó el curl de bíceps con 40 hombres jóvenes, un grupo completó un movimiento completo mientras que el otro sólo hizo un movimiento parcial. Hicieron esto por 2 días a la semana durante 10 semanas. El estudio encontró mejoras significativas en el espesor de los músculos para los dos movimientos, pero el completo rango de movimiento logro genera un mayor desarrollo muscular en los bíceps.
