Increase the difficulty/intensity of an exercise with minimal equipment/without adding load/weight 💡⁣ ⁣ HOW?⁣ ⁣ Tempo (slow)⁣ Bilateral (both legs) to unilateral (single leg) ⁣ Pause ⁣ Deficit (increase the range)⁣ Change angle (decline push ups) ⁣ Change grip (Arnold Press)⁣ Change stability (kettlebell press) ⁣ ⁣ Video 1: RDL > Staggered Stance RDL > Single Leg RDL⁣ ⁣ Video 2: slow deficit reverse lunges ⁣ ⁣ Video 3: heel elevated goblet squat with a pause on the eccentric ⁣ ⁣ Video 4: shoulder press > arnold press > kettlebell press ⁣ ⁣ Video 5: push up > tempo push up > decline push up ⁣ ⁣ The aim being to challenge yourself within reason, using what you have got and looking at ways to spice up basic movements to continue to progress/improve 🔥⁣ ⁣ Give some of these a try and let me know how to go 🥳✨
