Yesterday morning a good friend of mine inspired me to do AM workouts! She has been consistent in the gym over 6 months ...waking up at 4am every morning to workout...before work. Her progress is amazing! She stopped making excuses, & JUST DID IT! Last night I worked out at like 8pm... then decided I will start waking up at 5am to workout. I am soooo not a morning person ya'll...... but I did it! I'm super proud of myself...& my energy level is on 💯. I can definitely get used to this! There seems to be more and more coaches now who like to tell people that you can lose weight without Cardiovascular exercise. They all seem to be very proud of it as well, as if CV exercise is something to be avoided. • It’s true, you don’t NEED to do CV exercise to lose weight. But you should probably do some anyway. 🔹 Positive effects in blood lipid levels. 🔹 Positive effects on blood pressure. 🔹 Reduction in anxiety. 🔹 Improved recovery time. 🔹 Increased energy expenditure if you’re looking to drop body fat. • Cardio can be boring, but just 1-2 sessions a week to keep a decent level of aerobic capacity is enough. • #realpeoplerealresults
