Let's talk • So back in 2017 not 2018 by the picture. I had horrible eating habits. Not like horrible eating as in eating alot of junk.. like I never ate eating habit. Measuring every little food I ate. I only ate once a day. I worked out at home and only did cardio, I ran on the treadmill till I burned 300 cal... I still though I was "FAT" My parents were very concerned and always tried to get me to eat more. I never wanted to and said I was eating just fine. I was very moody all the time and traded everyone like crap... it was time to make a chnage my mom saud. I was skin and bones. Summer came along and my parents said enough is enough I went to a nutritionist to get some help. • Let's just say food isnt my enemy anymore. I started fitness training to help my journey back onto recovery. I didnt expect it to become a life style to me. I'm so happy that it became one though. I transformed my body and my mood has as well. If you've been there or you are there right now.. please please please dont do the same I did it isnt good for your health. Goal this off season, add some size to my arms and legs. Need to stop focusing on my chest and back so much. Been really hitting a stride in my training for arms at least. I like to train my biceps after a hard back day usually. The bicep tendons are quite fragile compared to the tendons of some of the bigger muscles in your back, so you can safely overload you biceps during back exercises. The goal obviously is to make the move back focused but the biceps are a secondary mover. Then once i’m done with my back i can really focus on a good squeeze and some higher reps to finish them off. I’d rather do a barebell row at 5-6 reps then a bicep curl. The progress is real! In the photo to the left I had barely touched a dumbbell. I wasn’t really working out consistenly and when I did it was mainly cardio or swimming. This is what I looked like until I started working out for real in 2015. I started doing yoga, then later martial arts and at the same time I started lifting weights. It took a while to learn what the hell to do. I have a high metabolism and it has also always been hard for me to gain weight. But after 1-2 years or so I started to learn properly not only how the human body actually works but how my own body works. My goals also changed. In the beginning my main goal was just to stay healthy, no more no less. But in 2018 my goal shifted to actually start building! Then real shit started to happen!! Just look at that! Progress isnt always so obvious, until you look at before and after pictures 😁💪🏻💪🏻 I am actually proud of myself! And truth is, I am still learning, every single day!
