Introweek Was ist eine Introweek❓ Eine Introweek wird meisten nach einem Deload eingebaut. Um nach der Zeit an dem die Intensität und das Volumen heruntergeschraubt wurden, wieder gut in den neuen Zyklus wieder rein zu finden. Eine Introweek kann aber auch dazu genutzt werden während den Übergang von einer Trainingsphase von hohen Intensitäten und niedrigen Trainingsvolumen, zu einer Phase mit Hohen Trainingsvolumen den Körper besser auf das höhere Trainingsvolumen vorzubereiten. Wie ist eine Introweek aufgebaut ❓ Die Introweek sieht bei mir meisten so aus, dass ich nach dem Deload die erste Woche etwa 5-10% leichter von der Absoluten Last auf der Hantel einsteige. Dazu nehmen ich die Gewichte der letzten Trainingswoche des vorherigen Zykluses. Momentan mach ich aber auch immer 3-4 Tage Restday, als Deload. Was ist der Vorteil einer Introweek ❓ Du kannst in der Introweek deine Technik wieder überarbeiten, da die Trainingsgewicht dementsprechend leichter sind und somit die Rep Range meistens so oder so gut erreicht wird. Du schießt dich nicht schon nach der ersten Trainingswoche schon mit der Fatigue ins jenseits, somit hast du hinten raus zum Zyklusende deutlich mehr Kapazitäten zu regenerieren und dann dementsprechend in der letzten Trainingswoche vor dem Deload nochmal alles zu geben. Let’s talk intermittent fasting 🧐 • I started intermittent fasting about 1.5 months ago and I won’t say its been easy everyday, but I will say it has been working for me. I’ve actually noticed that I’ve had more energy throughout the day and my workouts are way better. I love to workout in the morning and working out fasted has helped with nausea and fatigue. • Intermittent fasting is said to help your body adjust to hormone levels to make stored body fat more accessible. Don't miss that anabolic window whatever you do! . (That's a joke btw, anabolic window doesn't exist) 🙄 . During a workout you deplete glycogen stores, both in your muscles and liver, so afterward these need replenished. Simple sugars (think white rice, bread, refined carbs, added sugar etc) will be absorbed quickly, meaning your glycogen stores will be replenished in less time. Try to get some of these in your post workout meal to help speed up recovery. . You're also going to be damaging your muscle fibres, so in order to repair and grow these you need some protein, which will aid the recovery process. Compete sources are preferred, but any source is suitable, and you want anywhere between 25-35g. . Try to include some fruit and/or veggies, because apparently they're good for you.. who knew 🤷🏻‍♂️ . Also add some water, juice or sports drink in there to rehydrate yourself. . ✨The woman you’re becoming will cost you people, relationships and material things. Choose her over 𝐸𝒱𝐸𝑅𝒴𝒯𝐻𝐼𝒩𝒢✨. . ♢ I don’t want this caption to just speak to my ladies, men can certainly apply this to themselves as well. Do you ever feel misunderstood or judged for your actions or by how you live your life? Maybe it’s along the lines of: “she’s self-absorbed” or “he is always in the gym” or “damn, they are ALWAYS on the gram”… rude! Am not… well, maybe 😜 Most of the time, these assumptions are inaccurate❗️There will always people that choose to stand back and judge unfairly. When I changed my account over to “fitness” I had ladies (old friends) that I went to high school with and others unfollow me. I mean, who the heck doesn’t want to watch me workout?!🤪😅 Honestly, I don’t understand, but I can’t waste the time or energy wondering why 🤷🏼‍♀️ At the end of the day, how I live my life is for ME. I love helping others, which is why I’m here and I’m so passionate about health and fitness. 𝙸𝚝’𝚜 𝚓𝚞𝚜𝚝 𝚙𝚊𝚛𝚝 𝚘𝚏 𝚠𝚑𝚘 𝙸 𝚊𝚖. Maybe they will come back around… I’ll be here if they do. . . And that’s not always easy- this is the season for lifting heavy, being okay some good calories, seeing the scale going up, and pursuing all the life gains. Day: 1 vs Day : 948 Hey gram, it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything about my fitness stuff. I stopped weighing myself because any fluctuation caused me anxiety I just focus on my overall body and monitor how my clothes fit or how it’s changing. For the most part since coming home from Italy I’ve been at the gym 6-7 days a week 2 hours at a time.
