Okay, so today was REFEED DAY in 80 Day Obsession!!! What that means is that after being in a deficit for 6 weeks, once every two weeks before leg day, I get to eat “dirty” carbs and more fruit to restore the sugar in my body and give myself a boost of energy. So, instead of 3 servings of fruit, I got 5. And, instead of 3 healthy carbs, I had 5 “dirty” carbs (from a list of approved carbs with portion sizes). My meals were mostly the same just with more fruit and my “dirty” carbs thrown in there too. But, I did get a GRAHAM CRACKER, WAFFLE, 2 PIECES OF WHITE BREAD, and a COOKIE. I haven’t had white bread at all this year, so that was nice. And the cookie was made healthy, but still tasty and chocolatey. Dinner isn’t pictured, but it was a cookie, chicken brat, squash, and sunflower seeds. Although Refeed Day went well, I almost prefer the healthy carbs because they’re much more filling. I mean, half a sweet potato versus one cookie. I did love having so much fruit though!
I also burned 480 calories in 59 minutes from Total Body Core today!
