🌟Daily steps to become a Fit Dad🌟
🔥This is a standard protocol for Fit Dads that enter our program.
This is a daily habit building ritual that creates those small 1% moves forward to create that massive change in your life..
1-Minimum 50x Push Ups each day. These can be broken up over the day or just smash it out at the one time. Up to you.
2-At least 10,000 steps a day. This is non-negotionable.
3-Just follow the Fit Dad Project flexible nutrition protocols to eat good foods that’ll provide the energy, muscle building blocks and keep you from binging out on shitty junk food consistently.
4-Spend quality time with the kids.
Again this is a nonnegotiable, spend daily non-interrupted time with your children.
5-Get Quality sleep, minimum 6–8 hours a night.
6-Stop the useless shitty habits including drinking beer every single night and smoking which is obviously going to do more harm than good. .
So there you have it.
The Fit Dad daily protocols you need to follow to become a Fit Dad.
