Some Creative Freedom, and a Moving Meditation... A Meditation that you use to move the body, move the mind and your spirit.
It also leaves you very still, inside.
Can we move, whilst being very still?
I personally admire it as creativity is the highest function our Brain provides us. Is it why creativity leaves us feeling high? 😄 ...moving on. 'KiGong' came from a deep meditation, that in it, produced and came created movements. These movements were standardized into techniques. Yet we learn counter-intuitively the technique and movements, so that we can bring ourselves back to the state of feeling, of deep meditation, and creation. Funny, huh? Reverse engineer it almost.
Sometimes we can skip to the creation, with a sure confidence in that we can, in that you are, you can surely create. And with good reason...you'll have the earnest desire to move something...out, through, in you...And ultimately leave yourself, very, very empty. Nothing.
Thats it. Thats the "Gong" in KiGong (Zero, 0) or otherwise nothing, empty...void of all things. VOID. With-OUT.
I find it interesting how philosophy can truly feel like a practice and jump out in meaning from its words, to an action and yet come back to being made of nothing. Ending with the Start. From Nothing, Creation. And from Creation, comes to Nothing... ...We can go on (as you can Imagine). O and "Imagination", we'll come to that one later. That is almost the lego bricks to the tower of creativity. Just Imagine. And there are ways to help that too.
