Happy Tuesday Strength Nation, I hope you had a great Memorial Day Weekend (if in the US). I will be running Flex from 11:50-12:10pm EST and then Get Up from 12:20-12:50pm EST. These workouts should leave you feeling refreshed and recharged to get through the rest of your day!
Today, Flex will focus on total body flexibility & mobility. Also we will add a little core into this as strengthening the lower back can help with long term pain discomfort.
As for the Get Up workout, the focus will be on more conditioning and continuously moving. There will be a lot of reps, so just make sure that you are ready to get after it! As always, do not overdo it, and you can always go back to these videos through YouTube to attempt to better your previous performance.
