Sweaty mid tempo intervals selfie, and my date when I got home. Very glad I listened to my body yesterday and switched my days up, because today the shin seemed to be back to normal, and I made it out for tempo intervals (2x2 miles with WU and CD). Last time I attempted this I utterly failed, and whilst I wasn鈥檛 bang on today, it was much more consistent. DUMBBELL ONLY LEG WORKOUT . I had one day of gym energy this week and I鈥檓 very glad it was on leg day haha. Honestly screw aunt flow, somehow being a female has gotten more and more difficult the older I get and it鈥檚 not fun lol. Who else is with me? . All I want to say is good luck if you do this workout because my legs are still JELLO 2 days later. I chose to do a lot of single leg stuff because it always targets my glutes the best! Honestly, mind to muscle connection is EVERYTHING because I鈥檓 sure this looks pretty simple but when it comes to legs, you could make body weight difficult if you did it properly! . Programming: do one exercise right after another and repeat this circuit 5 times. KB Farmer Carry x45 yards 2. KB quadruped push upx10 3. KB Racked Carry x30 yards 4. KB Bent over deadstop rows x8/side 5. KB Overhead Carry x15yds 6. KB Russian Twists x5/side - Rest 30-90sec between the circuit and repeat for 2-6 sets Or Complete as many rounds as possible in 5-15minutes. - This workout was apart of my one of my upper body day finishers. They literally thought of everything someone could want in a treadmill running experience and more 馃槉 The classes are some of the best I鈥檝e ever taken in my life. They don鈥檛 only have running but they have boot camp, strength, yoga, and cycling 馃毚鈥嶁檧锔 I鈥檒l give you my update of my Peloton bike on cross training day 鈥硷笍 . . I did a 30 minute Interval run today and it pushed me HARD. When I say these classes are the best, What I mean by that is that they push you to your limit. These classes are tough, but they leave you feeling TOUGHER after the fact 馃挭 . .
