There is tons of uncertainty in the world right now, and I know there is a profound affect on mental health adjusting to the daily "norms" of the last two months. It was very sudden, and that is hard on anyone, embrace what you can, and don't feel disdain for having a perfectly natural reaction based off your own biological and learned coping. Take care of yourself, reach out if you can when you feel you need to. Every individual thinks and processes differently, as well as perception based on a multitude of factors. We are complex beings and this impacts individuals differently.
I have seen people completely change, many people surface anger, and some bring forward a compassionate stance, each way someone presents is valid, nobody knows the whole scope of why they are they way they are. We all have our opinions and there are reasons they are there but, I think it's very important to stay open minded and use creative and critical thinking to deal with the many layers if the current global state.
With so much uncertainty I have felt a mix of emotions, but I have experienced challenges with a few mental health diagnoses prior to this critical time, in ways it has prepared me, but theres moments that it hits, and it hits hard. I've let go mentally of the things that are anxiety provoking, I'm free, not consistently happy, overall happy, and I know there are many things that no matter how hard you fight or get upset, you can't control it. Acceptance is key, but always, always, love yourself, love the bad times and the good times.
It's ok to not be ok.
We will get through this, we were built to be resilient.
