When your favourite pre baby pants fit again!! 🌼🌸 I was getting so emotional every week I would try my luck at putting these on and my buttons weren’t even close to touching! 👎🏼 Last week was glorious! Bulking and cutting 🔪🔥 let’s talk about it and my personal outlook. Lots of people believe that in order to get bigger you have to “bulk”. Usually in my experience dudes will eat whatever they can get their hands on to always be in a caloric surplus. This is true 110 percent that if your body is getting more calories than you are burning science says you will get bigger. But in that same respect when you eat a bunch of junk you put on a bunch of fat. You gotta lose that fat come your “cut” and ultimately make a ton more work for yourself. In my opinion you can still achieve a caloric surplus eating clean foods so in turn put on mass while staying relatively lean. The big ups and downs aren’t necessary. I think meeting your daily quota of calories through clean eating optimizes the amount of muscle gained from nutrient rich foods and allows you to look good and stay lean all year while you stay much healthier, happier and cut out the added work of losing the fat gained in dirty bulks. This morning, we finally bought Universal passes and spontaneously made a trip in less than half an hour of planning. At 411 pounds, every single thing was a tedious chore - I don’t have anything that is comfortable enough to wear. What are the weight limits, can I even ride anything? Where is my chafing stick? And that was just getting there, because once there, it was a whole new set of issues. The hardest time period of my life was being alive and morbidly obese in a world where I just did not have enough room to live. Being able to roll out of bed and tackle any adventure I want to has been one of the greatest blessings that I take for granted far too often, but I am so, so grateful for it ❤️❤️ #nsv

ALL MY TIPS TO STAYING HEALTHY WHILE TRAVELING ✈️🚂🛳🚘 . Traveling no matter what it’s for, is exhausting. When your body gets into that depleted state of being out of your norm, around excess germs (planes, public restrooms, etc.) & exhaustion—that’s when sickness sets in 🤒 . Because I have 0 time to nurse any illnesses and let’s be real, who ever wants to get sick, I stick to these few things to help keep my body on track and let me tell ya—IT WORKS! . 1️⃣ Vitamins. Never go a day without them! 2️⃣ Exercise. Sweat out those toxins! 3️⃣ Snacks. Pack & eat healthy snacks. Too much sugar & processed food will weigh down your immune system. 4️⃣ Green Tea. SO. MANY. 🧩 a few throwback pictures^ :) I went on a long walk today in Dublin, abt ~2 hours, & it was so lovely out. I ended up in the student centre on campus where I played the public piano by myself for a while 🎶 as I was finished and leaving, a man comes up to me and asks if I was playing the piano just now which I replied ‘yeah’ and he gave me a really nice compliment on my playing :,) I said ‘thank you so much’ and left soooo happy ☺️ idk, it’s the small things in life that really mean the most to me. So about today...This is what my life has come to😂 been battling this shoulder injury/pain in the lateral and posterior part of the shoulder. Este sou eu, da forma mais real e pura. Aqui sinto-me em casa, sinto-me vivo. Todos os dias procuro estar mais motivado, aumentar a fasquia, superar-me nas coisas mais pequenas. Na realidade, sou competitivo, e não é pouco, quero ser o melhor. Não me comparo com outros, mas comparo-me comigo mesmo. É uma competição interna que travo a cada treino. Dar mais uma braçada, demorar menos um segundo, fazer mais 20 metros, tanto faz, o importante é fazê-lo e só descansar quando estiver feito. Na realidade, o desporto é uma batalha física e mental. És tu que impões, à priori, os teus limites. És tu que decides parar, o teu corpo limita-se a reagir a esse estímulo. Quanto mais força de vontade tiveres, mais irás atingir! Parece simples, mas requer dedicação e trabalho consistente. I have to say, my hamstrings are absolutely torched. ⠀ ⠀ 🏆START WITH A WARM UP🏆 ⠀ ⠀ ❌ RDL 4 SETS OF 10 ⠀ Keep your core tight and knees slightly bent! ⠀ ⠀ ❌ LEG CURL 3 SETS OF 30 ⠀ When’s it’s burning realllllly bad and hurts, your doing it right :)) ⠀ ⠀ ❌ SINGLE LEG RDL 3x10 *Tip* find a spot on the ground to look at. It’ll help with keeping balance! ⠀ ⠀ ❌ HIP ABDUCTION MACHINE 3x15 (not filmed) ⠀ ⠀ ❌ CALF SUPERSET ⠀ STANDARD 10 REPS⠀ TOES IN/HEELS OUT 10 REPS⠀ TOES OUT/HEELS IN 10 REPS ⠀ 3 SETS!! ⠀ ⠀ I am currently doing a three day split between legs, push, pull, rest. repeat. First 3 days are heavy (heavy weight, low reps), the next 3 days are hypertrophy days (low weight, lots of reps).The main philosophy that I’ve developed over the last few years is to train and tear down your muscle as much as you can. Had a great session last night doing some tempo squats! Been pretty sick this whole week so was surprised how these moved. 😁 Definitely was a redeeming squat session vs my last one! Had to take a step back and just focus on form. 💪 Sets were 2x8 136, 1x8 186, 1x8 226, 1x8 276, 316 tempo, 346 tempo, 376 tempo, 1x3 396 tempo rep PR, 1x5 366 tempos, and 1x10 316 tempo every other rep for a nice and smooth squat session. ☇Then tortured legs to failure with accessory work.🤘 Just trying to GET BETTER at this! 🙏
