When & Where: Saturday March 7th, 1-3 p.m., held in Decades Coffee Club Grounds Room (45846 Wellington Ave)
Price: $55 (*$45 if booked before February 25, 2020)
A 2 hour workshop that explores how we make space for art-making and nurture our creative spirits. Using journalling, self-reflection, discussion, and art, participants will delve into ways to bring more self-compassion, self-kindness, and self-care to the work they create for themselves and others.
This workshop is open to all: those who want to make space for more creativity, hobbyists who love to engage with art, and/or professionals working in creative fields.
Materials to bring: - a journal or notebook for reflection/sketches/etc - a pen/writing instruments *Art materials such as crayons, markers, and art paper will be provided.
Coffee and snacks are available to purchase at Decades Coffee Club.
